Sandbags offer positive feedback to areas that need a little extra weight or pressure in addition to gravity. Place the sandbags on the tops of shoulders to assist in opening the front of the chest, or place one sandbag on the belly to assist with low back release (it provides gentle pressure on the psoas muscles in this position). See more ideas in the practice tab!


Outer covering is 100 % US grown cotton with non-toxic water-based dye.

Each component of this bolster is sourced from a US company. The cotton is grown on a farm in Kansas, the batting manufactured in Michigan, the fabric pattern hand-drawn in Minneapolis and the final product cut and sewn in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The quality of each component and its final product means that you will have a bolster to last a lifetime. The cotton will conform to your body as you use it to ensure both a comfort and support that will elevate your yoga and meditation experience. Bolster covers now feature zip closure and side handles.

Eye Pillow (pre-order for pickup at IYNAUS Convention May 2026)

This over-sized eye pillow blocks out the light and applies gentle pressure to release tension in the forehead and eyes. Eye pillows are used at the end of yoga classes or throughout an entire restorative yoga practice to enrich the meditative experience that is possible through relaxation. 

Available unscented with organic brown flax, or with organic lavender. Bag size is 4 x 7.5".

These bags come with removable covers that can be washed. The outer fabric is silky soft organic cotton sateen and comes Ocean (blue pattern), Courage (orange pattern), or a combination of the two. Pattern was hand-drawn and dyed with a water-based, non-toxic, non-plastic containing solution in Los Angeles. Bags are hand-sewn in Saint Paul and filled with organic brown flax and organic lavender.

It is recommended that you keep your eye bag in a sealable plastic bag when you are not using it, or better yet, keep it in the fridge (in the plastic bag)! This is especially beneficial for allergy season or headache relief.

lThis unique prop can be used as a weight to place anywhere on the body during a restorative practice -- great for keeping hands warm in savasana, or practicing belly breath.

Bags are filled with 1 pound of organic brown flax in a microwave-safe bag. Outer cover is made of organic cotton interlock and is both removable and machine-washable...and unbelievably soft. So warm and cozy for a winter yoga practice!

Final dimensions of this product are 7" diameter and 1 5/8" tall. Shipping is via USPS or UPS Ground, depending on amount ordered. Please contact me with questions!
