Sandbags offer positive feedback to areas that need a little extra weight or pressure in addition to gravity. Place the sandbags on the tops of shoulders to assist in opening the front of the chest, or place one sandbag on the belly to assist with low back release (it provides gentle pressure on the psoas muscles in this position).
